I always get spotting before my period starts, atleast 2 days before actual flow. Do I consider this my first day of my period or until i see actual flow? It's consistent spotting, so I think it should be the first day. I asked my dr and he said the first day would be the day i notice ANY blood (brown/pink/red and whatever flow). I keep reading conflicting things, so I was wondering what any of you have read or heard??
